Glitter Shipping policy
All orders will ship Monday through Friday. Glitter orders will ship next business day and offer free shipping for orders over $75.00 (use code glitter). If you have additional items to your order and you qualify for the free shipping on glitter, please place a separate order for your additional items.

Although I technically have a no return policy, I will do my best to resolve any issues as I want our customers to be 100% satisfied with my products and the shopping experience. Your happiness is my number one priority. Please let me know within two (2) business day that something is missing/damaged. Please email me with your name, order number and email. Please tell me what is missing/damaged and include photo of damaged glitter. Items that are shipped out are shipped by My Glitter Chick shipping method of choice.

Tumbler Shipping/Processing
Sublimation Tumblers will be shipped within 3 business days, unless custom sublimation is requested then shipping times may be delayed. Custom Epoxy Tumbler turnaround time is 3 weeks for all custom work unless listed under my RTS (Ready to Sell Items). If you are ordering a customer tumbler, I will contact you within 24-48hrs to discuss your customization.
