Store Policies:
Cup Information:
- Stainless steel double walled vacuum insulated tumblers
- Comes with lid and straw
- Epoxy tumblers are sealed with FDA food grade approved epoxy
Care Instructions:
- Hand Wash Only
- Not dishwasher safe
- Not microwave safe
- Do NOT soak in water, doesn't matter hot or cold
- Tumblers are sensitive to extreme temperatures. Do not leave in car for extended periods or in the freezer
- Epoxy can crack or chip if dropped. Our shop is not responsible for these unfortunate events
Important Notes:
- Tumblers are freestyle work, each tumbler will vary due to the nature of handcrafting the product
- Glitter, paint colors may appear different shades based off type of viewing screens
- All orders have a processing time of 2-3 weeks unless noted or listed in my Ready To Sell tab (RTS), during holidays or emergencies timing may be extended.
- All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking number which will be emailed to you.
- I have a no refund/no return policy. If there is an issue with your order please contact me immediately and I will do my best to help you resolve the issue you are having.
- I am not responsible for your tumbler once it has been turned over for shipping. I cannot control unforeseen events when it comes to extreme weather, delays due to USPS or holiday hold ups. If you have an issue please contact me and I will do my best to work with you to resolve. I am not responsible for names spelt wrong if they are sent incorrectly. Please double check your spelling.
